Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.

The deadline for canceling an order is 30 days from the date your expected order date. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision in writing.

Any deposits made are non-refundable.

Conditions for returns:

There will be NO returns on any food items purchased.

In the event that non-food items are sold, for the goods to be eligible for return, please ensure that:

We will offer a 30 day return on all nonfood items.

The following goods cannot be returned:

The supply of goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized including nonfood items and sugar sheets.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions at our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. You should send the goods to the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

Welcome to Strokin Sweets!

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Strokin Sweets's Website, located at https://strokinsweets.com.

Ordering Information:

A minimum notice of two weeks is required for orders of standard size. Larger orders may necessitate additional time.

A deposit is required for larger orders, and personal equipment usage will incur additional charges.

The total cost will include materials used for decoration. Customers are welcome to supply any specific items they wish to incorporate into their cake or cupcake orders. We will discuss all decorative materials to guarantee customer satisfaction.

Delivery is available for a fee of $10.00 for distances between 5 to 15 miles, and an additional $5.00 for every 5 miles thereafter.

Currently, we are only shipping custom sugar sheets. Please note that cakes and cupcakes are not available for shipping at this time.

Unless otherwise stated, Strokin Sweets owns the intellectual property rights for all material on Strokin Sweets. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Strokin Sweets for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.
